Speaker 1:

Hello everyone and welcome to the Mindset and Manifesting podcast. Today's episode is about cultivating mental clarity for spiritual harmony. So I'm going to share with you the impact of thoughts and beliefs on the spiritual body, some techniques for cultivating a positive and empowering mindset, some techniques for cultivating a positive and empowering mindset, and I'll talk about the role of meditation and mindfulness in promoting mental clarity. So let's dive in. But before I do that, for those of you who don't know, this is episode four in our 10-part series on awakening the spiritual body. So there are three previous episodes. If you haven't listened to those, I would recommend going back and listening to those. If not, that's fine, you'll still get some great information out of today's episode. So my name is Lena, I'm your host, I am a spiritual teacher, a Reiki to practitioner and a conscious manifestation coach. So again, let's dive into today's episode, and I want to begin by exploring the impact of thoughts and beliefs on the spiritual body. So our thoughts are the architects of reality. Okay, they are the ceaseless whispers and shouts in our minds, right. These ceaseless whispers and shouts in our minds, right? They not only interpret but actually construct the reality that we experience. Our mental processes filter our experiences and can either color our world in hues of gratitude, love and joy, or they can cast shadows of fear, doubt and despair. So our thoughts, the repetitive ones as they create and manifest tangible results, will develop into belief systems in our reality, our reality. So take some time today or in the next few days to make a list of some of your core beliefs and the thoughts that you have that make up that belief. So you can use a notebook, you know, a sheet of paper, anything that you like, if you'd like to utilize my manifestation guide or manifestation journals to assist you on, you know, on this manifestation journey. If you will, you can download the digital copy from my online store. So I would recommend keeping a manifestation journal, even if it's just a spiral bound notebook. That's what I started with. So there was something else I was going to say and I just lost that. Let me go back up for a second See if it'll jog my memory. Let's see, nope, I lost my train of thought there. There was something I was going to say on, uh, belief systems, uh, okay, so let's move on. Let's talk about the power of beliefs, the culmination of our thoughts, about the things that we experience. Right, those are beliefs the things that you experience, the people we meet, the thoughts about those things. Okay, our worth and value, money, relationship, success, etc. So, as we have these repetitive thoughts, over time, time and time, they develop into belief systems and and then those belief systems really shape our reality. Okay, so our thoughts manifest and our beliefs manifest. So, over time, a series of thoughts develop into a belief system. So, over time, a series of thoughts develop into a belief system and then we essentially develop core beliefs.

Speaker 1:

Okay, I keep, there's something that keeps wanting to come through. Hold on, give me one second. So I've got our thoughts create tangible results. I'm going back and reading my notes on that. Repetitive ones as a tangible result development of belief systems. Okay, yeah, I guess if it's going to come through, it'll come through, all right. So those of you guys who follow my podcast or my youtube channel know that this will this often happens. I'll be reading my notes, I'll be recording something and insights starts to come through and sometimes it's clear. I can get a visual and, uh, sometimes it doesn't fully come through, so let's give it, we'll see how the episode goes. If it comes through, then I'll share it with you guys.

Speaker 1:

So, anyway, so these belief systems, right, often, this, some of the core beliefs that we have, are around things. Okay, now, here it is. Okay, here it is. So some of these core belief systems that we have are really around the things that some of the we would say the bigger things, right, that in our lives, things like finances, relationships, money and our health, or like how we, how we see ourselves, how we feel about ourselves, how we show up in this world, right, you know, are we healthy and vibrant? Do we, do we, do we feel anxious or depressed? Things like that, right, okay, so that was a thought that was coming through, things like that, right, okay, so that was a thought that was coming through. And so these core beliefs that we have are often around you know, these, these, I would say you know four or five kind of primary things that dictate, that dictate our lives, right, finances, how we show up in the world, or how we feel about ourselves, how we see ourselves, right, relationships, etc. Okay, um, all right, so, all right.

Speaker 1:

So think of beliefs as the bedrock of our psychological framework that often operate in the background. Okay, because these thought processes, these thought patterns that you've had, you know, many of them since birth, right, develop into these belief systems. So then they're really embedded into the subconscious mind, into the subconscious, and they automatically play in the background because now they become patterns. Okay, it's just like any pattern that you have in your life. Do you do things automatically, you breathe automatically? Okay, um, think for a second of some of the things in your life that are patterns that you, that you really do like automatically, because you've done them over and over and over again. Our thoughts are the same way.

Speaker 1:

So these thought patterns develop into beliefs and then they run on autopilot, okay, and oftentimes we become unaware of them because they're on autopilot, right, they're just in our subconscious, all right. So our beliefs, okay, although you know, these patterns we're playing kind of on autopilot are often kind of unseen, really, we don't really recognize them, often kind of unseen, really, we don't really recognize them. They're pretty potent because they are essentially manifesting over and over and over again. Okay, and this is how we see our reality, because these things have these thought patterns which have developed into beliefs, have manifested as experiences into our reality. So then we oftentimes have just, you know, at least this was my experience, right, we develop again this belief on top of these beliefs running in the background, that this is just how much, this is just how things go Right. Okay, this is just how things are, these things always happen to me, etc.

Speaker 1:

Okay, so beliefs forged through personal experiences, cultural teachings and societal norms act as a lenses through which we view our world and ourselves. So what are some core beliefs that you have that you have now, that you've developed because of things that you experienced as a child, things that you were told by your parents or in school, etc. So if you give your beliefs some serious thought and really dig into the origins, you can get to the root of any negative beliefs that you might have. Right, and the thought patterns that created those beliefs. Okay, and on another note, the even the, the positive ones, so that you can cultivate more of the positive ones right than the negative thoughts, is the negative thought patterns and, um, negative beliefs. If you focus on the positive ones, negative beliefs If you focus on the positive ones, you can.

Speaker 1:

You can generate momentum as you, as you are working through and getting to the root of the negative belief systems, the negative thought patterns as you, if you can focus on the positive ones, you can generate more momentum there, okay. And as you generate that momentum with the positive ones, you can generate more momentum there, okay. And as you generate that momentum with the positive thought patterns, your, these positive beliefs, you generate momentum, you manifest more of that and then you can override the negative ones. All right, can you know, it may take some time, but getting to getting to the root of your belief systems, okay, can really help you to determine what is serving you, what is not serving you. All right, and cultivate that awareness.

Speaker 1:

You may begin to see this was my experience you may begin to see how those thoughts, how those beliefs have shaped your reality, how those thoughts, how those beliefs have shaped your reality, okay, you become aware that you really are the creator of your reality, no exception. And all thoughts, all beliefs manifest, no exception, okay, uh, now, how they show up. It may not be exactly how, um, how they show up, it may not be exactly how, how we thought something would manifest, but everything manifests. And this gets a little bit tricky because it really takes cultivating awareness, really understanding and really trying to figure out the right way to say this. It really takes, oh, like understanding who you are as a creator of your reality, as, yeah, I'm trying to figure out how to word this. Give me one second Let me backtrack All thoughts. Yeah, I'm trying to figure out how to word this. Give me one second, let me backtrack All thoughts. All beliefs manifest, no exception. Our words create, our words manifest, okay, into our reality. And how those things show up. We don't a lot of those things we don't necessarily recognize because they don't show up in ways that are easily identifiable. Okay, because we don't have control over how things, how they manifest. Okay, we can set an intention, but the how is not up to us. All right, so let me give you an example. Let's see. All right, I'm going to give you an example and this may seem controversial, okay, all right, I'm gonna give you an example and this may seem controversial. Okay, but in my reality, in my reality when COVID hit, okay, for months, let's see, I started my job in 2018.

Speaker 1:

The last job that I had, which I no longer have, that company closed and I was. I worked from home for more than 14 years. Okay, the company I worked for part of working from home prior to starting my freelance virtual assistant business that company, there were 16 locations. Total we had opened and closed a couple, but all total I had helped open and close 16 different locations. I started out part-time just working in one of the locations. It was a low back pain clinic. Um ended up being promoted to the um operations manager so I oversaw pretty much everything all the IT stuff, the buying the equipment, building out the stores, et cetera. So eventually that business consolidated all of those locations into one rehab facility.

Speaker 1:

So I kind of branched off from that because you know I wasn't going to be driving to all these different locations. I wasn't going to be, I was still going to be wearing different hats, but there was one location. So I thought you know, this isn't going to be as much of a challenge for me. Even we had like six different storage units, so managing the inventory of all the equipment, all of the things like that. So that was a lot of hats, it was a lot of responsibility and I ended up I'm getting to a point here I kind of go off on this tangent of kind of giving you guys this backstory but so I decided to branch out.

Speaker 1:

This is when, like virtual assistants started to become a big thing and I thought you know, I can really help small businesses kind of with all of their back office type thing. So I did that for like 14 plus years and then it got to the point where, because of my belief systems around money etc, not generating the income that I needed to sustain that business, I finally, after 14 plus years, just kind of gave up. I was like, I mean, I went through periods of time where I had employees and then I didn't have employees because I wasn't generating the income to pay the employees etc. So it's been a process for me with finances, growing up in poverty, et cetera. So I've had to re um, I have had to overhaul that mindset. I've basically had to overall overhaul, um, my entire life, my belief systems, et cetera, etc. Because of the way that I grew up, okay, um, dealing with trauma like abuse and um, and growing up in poverty etc, things like not feeling worthy, like all kinds of things. I've overhauled everything.

Speaker 1:

Um, it started a few years before my awakening in 2017, um, and my awakening in 2019, or actually I felt a law of attraction around 2017, right, so I went into this full-time job in 2018, okay, I came out of the freelance business that I had for 14 years, not being able to sustain that belief. For 14 years I struggled and then I found the law of attraction 2017 and started to really change my beliefs right, change my thought patterns through the law of attraction, through affirmations. And then I found Neville's Teachings in 2019, had my awakening experience, etc. So when I entered this full-time job that I had making really good money In 2018, I was, you know, kind of just. I was still, you know, working on my thoughts, my thought processes, my belief systems through the law of attraction. And you know, I thought I really I started thinking, I really I really. I started thinking I really I love this job, I love having a steady income, I'm really good at my job, et cetera. So that worked for a while. And then I had, I found Neville's teachings, the law of assumption, I had my awakening in 2019. And then I decided this isn't working for me.

Speaker 1:

Working in an office, I miss the freedom of working from home. Okay, I still want the income, but I want to be in this office. But you know a gentleman who really doesn't do any work or does very little work compared to what I do, right, because I was still wearing, you know, three or four different hats, which is pretty much how things were my entire life from the time I, you know, went into the military, right, because that was just my mindset around work when I was in the military. A lot of it was kind of escaping the anxiety and depression and just diving into work. But anyway, wearing four or five different hats, being really good at my job, was not unusual, because I really excelled in the military and even as a civilian when I got out of that job, but anyway. So after my awakening I know this is a long story After my awakening I thought you know what I love the money, I'm really good a long story.

Speaker 1:

After my awakening, I thought you know what I love the money, I'm really good at my job, but I want to work from home.

Speaker 1:

And then what? In 2000? What was it? 2020? When COVID hit and lo and behold, I started working from home, and I've been working from home ever since. Now this job ended when the company closed last year, but I'm still working from home, right, I did recently try to go work into an office situation that lasted about a week and, believe it or not, I started to go work into an office situation that lasted about a week and, believe it or not, they let me go because they said they didn't have the time to train me. They didn't really need to train me. I'm not going to go into details in that story, but I knew from an energetic standpoint it's because I wasn't meant to, I'm not meant to be in an office environment. I'm just not anymore. So I've been working from home since 2020, and I cannot see myself going back and working in an office environment. Okay, okay, um.

Speaker 1:

So my point was I developed this, the this belief system, really, that I, you know, I'm just, I work from home. I am meant to work from home to build my business, to work from home to help other individuals on this journey right of awakening and manifesting, etc. Because I was still working on my blog and my YouTube channel while I had the full time job Okay, and even did some coaching while I had the full-time job. So I just thought, over and over and over again I, you know, I'm, I'm working from home and I would visualize when I was manifesting my house. I visualized my house and being in an office and working in my office. I'm looking out into my living room through my office doors and that's exactly where I am. I mean, I've turned my desk now and it faces the wall, but before it faced my onto my living room. But I can literally look to my left and look out you know the double doors and there's my living room. So I manifested it.

Speaker 1:

I manifested working from home. So I have this belief system now that I work from home. I'm an entrepreneur, I work from home. I'm a coach, I work from home. I'm a spiritual teacher, I work from home. Okay, I work from home. I'm a spiritual teacher, I work from home. Okay, um, and, and that's just it. But I manifested working from home and even though and this is um I want to go back to we don't have any control over how it manifests, okay, but for me it happened because of covid, it happened because of me. I'm the one that manifested working from home. It came about because of covid. So I manifested working from home, even though it showed up as being, you know this pandemic. I manifested working from home, all right. So, yeah, I mean, I have so, so many different, so many different examples of how things, of manifesting things and them showing up in ways we would never expect.

Speaker 1:

For instance and I've talked about this before. Many years ago. Many years ago, I watched this show called was it called? Jericho on tv and it was really about um, uh, I can't remember. That was about survival, right, um like, uh, this something happened in this town. I don't know if it was some sort of disease or whatever happened, but all of a sudden, right, the world just wasn't like it was before. You know, um like a pandemic kind of scenario. Just like the movie the stand right when the. Just like the movie the Stand right when the where you know lots of people.

Speaker 1:

Well, I don't want to go into detail, but anyway, as we so. This is why it's so important to be mindful of the content that we are paying attention to, because you will see watching certain things on TV, listening to the news, etc. As you pay attention to it, you'll notice more and more of those things in your reality, your reactions to the things that you pay attention to, your thoughts around those things. They manifest, how they show up. Again, we don't have control over it, so it may show up and directly impact your life in a very tangible way, or it may manifest as an experience that someone you know is having, or manifest again in something that's happened in the world, Okay, and when it happens that when it manifests that way, it's harder to see, to recognize that manifestation as something we created through our thoughts, through our belief systems, okay, so this really happens. Our manifestations, we can really happen on a broader scale, within our reality, which make it more difficult to recognize them, all right, so.

Speaker 1:

So, again, our beliefs are these thoughts replaying in our subconscious mind over and over and over again. We have to first recognize them and then get to the root of them in order to change what we want to change, in order to perpetuate what we want to perpetuate. Okay, so, let's see, let's, where was I at? I've got to go back to my notes, all right. Uh, let's, where was I at? I gotta go back to my notes, all right.

Speaker 1:

So, um, so, as thoughts being the architecture of a reality, okay, you begin to build as you get to the root of them and begin to change them through affirmations. Um, yeah, through kind of rewiring your brain, right, as they say in the affirmations community, you can begin to build newer, more ideal belief systems, right, therefore creating a stronger framework for your new reality. So, remember that thought patterns are the habitual grooves our minds slip into shaping our reactions and our resilience to life's up and downs. So you cannot change your thought patterns without first recognizing them. Okay, what thought patterns, what beliefs are manifesting or creating your reality? So get to the core of your thought patterns and you can begin to change your reality. So think of getting to the root of your belief systems, like peeling an onion.

Speaker 1:

Okay, so you are essentially on the spiritual journey, this awakening journey, on the spiritual journey, this awakening journey, peeling back the layers of thoughts and beliefs that you have been acquiring from the moment that you were born, from the moment that you incarnated into this physical reality to have the experiences that you are having, for the purpose of the experiences, and enough of them in and of themselves for your awakening, for the spiritual journey, because you are on an awakening journey. You are on a spiritual journey and you have been from the moment that your soul chose to incarnate and have this physical experience. Okay, alright, now let's talk about some techniques for cultivating a positive and empowering mindset. So a positive mindset isn't about ignoring life's challenges. It is about facing them with resilience and hope, with observing what the challenges are teaching you. They are showing you what your thoughts are what your beliefs are. So they are manifestations, they are your creation, okay, so if you are more now, if you're more scientifically minded, right, scientifically minded, right, you can look into a term called neuroplasticity and how the brain responds to positive influences.

Speaker 1:

Now, I don't know much about it because I'm not scientifically minded. I'm very intuitive now and aligned with spirit, aligned with my higher self, if you will, aligned with God, one with God, not in a religious way. Okay, I'm a mystic and it's taken me a long time to really accept that, but I am. I know things and I see things and I remember things beyond this current physical reality. So I don't always share that. On this podcast I'm thinking about, I'm actually in the process of revamping and redoing the images for the episodes for my Journey of Awakening podcast, where I share, like, all the mystical experiences, the dreams, et cetera. So my goal is to have that um up and running again, like the episodes, uh, uh, posted, uh, this month here. Uh, maybe in a couple of weeks, I'm not sure, but definitely this month is, maybe in a couple of weeks, I'm not sure, but definitely this month is my plan for revamping that and relaunching the Journey of Awakening podcast. So let's see. So yeah, if you're more scientifically minded, you can look into that term, your plasticity I think there are folks out there that talk about it.

Speaker 1:

Joe Dispenza, I think, is one. I don't know if Bruce Lipton or like Greg Braden talk about it, but I think Joe Dispenza is one I honestly have not. Now I've listened to a few things by Joe Dispenza. I think I have one of his books. I've listened to some stuff by Bruce Liptonpton and greg braden, but I don't really resonate with them, and it's probably because they're more scientifically minded and I am more, um, intuitive, more spiritually minded. I guess I don't know, but I've never really totally resonated with their work, especially like I do do with Neville Goddard's work and like I like listening to Joseph Murphy. There's some other folks Eckhart Tolle, et cetera. So, yeah, I'm, uh, very scientifically minded. So anyway, um, all right.

Speaker 1:

So another technique in addition to cultivating a positive mindset is the use of affirmations. So I've talked about affirmations in previous episodes. They can be very helpful in changing your thought patterns, which can then change your beliefs. Affirmations really, really helped me in changing my beliefs around anxiety and depression. Okay, for those of you who don't know, know. I mean, I dealt with anxiety and depression for like 47 years and affirmations really helped me to change my mindset and to stop identifying with those states of consciousness, because that's all they were states of consciousness that I fell into as a child and just remained there. So, yeah, for what? Four decades, almost five decades because I didn't know any better. I didn't know any better. All right, now I do so. Anyway, affirmations could be a great technique.

Speaker 1:

I don't. I don't do affirmations like I used to, like I used to write them um, like, oh, like. I mean, I've tried every technique under the sun and I just don't need to do it anymore. I don't need to do it anymore because I have changed my thought patterns and belief systems around 99.99% of the things in my life I honestly have. So I have a really kind of sort of like a mantra statement that or like four or five, probably like how many? One, two, three, four, probably like six or seven, like key affirmations that I've really and I talked about this in the manifestation mastery series that I've created into like a paragraph, into like a paragraph from a mantra statement that really encompasses the, the core, core beliefs of my life.

Speaker 1:

Okay, the reaffirm those things. You know, if something arises because maybe I've, maybe I listened to something or saw something and gave it too much thought, and then, because I gave it too much thought, it generated momentum and manifested. So I now have to be like Whoa, that's that, whoa, that's not the case. That's not the case. So I'll give you an example my hair. Okay, I went through perimenopause when I was like 42, 43. I'm postmenopausal now. I don't even know how many years.

Speaker 1:

It's been many, many years, but early on in that journey, I started losing my hair and then, probably for a couple of years, and then it was fine, right, my hair grew thicker because I developed. So, uh, back in 2019, I started, um, with this mindset of, uh, you know, I have long, thick, beautiful, silky, shiny hair or something along those lines, right? So my hair did start to stop falling out, it was thicker, it looked better than it ever had been and, for whatever reason and again, I hate speaking things into existence, but I would say probably six, seven months ago, six, five, no, probably November, october, november of last year I started noticing changes in my hair again and I'm like that's weird, um, and I attributed it honestly to just things, just things energetically within my body, right, cause there's more tension. Uh, there has been more tension in my head and stuff, um, from, just from an energetic standpoint, right, I get visions. I, I'm clairaudient. So there's a lot of stuff going on, kind of in the head area and I thought maybe that was it. And then I was like no, it was like there's something else going on. Maybe that's a part of it. But, um, I so some of you guys know every once in a while I go down these TikTok rabbit holes, right, and I have to delete TikTok on my phone for a while. Matter of fact, I just reinstalled it after a couple of weeks.

Speaker 1:

But there was stuff showing up on my like 4U feed about like menopausal women again, and you know people selling things like wild yam cream and things for like hormonal balance. You know other things like magnesium or whatever, and my mind probably started going down this rabbit hole again of you know other than like weight gain. I had kind of and I had kind of just like let go of all of that, like you know what? It's just a belief system, right? Yes, those things can manifest physically, but I've changed my belief system, right? I don't deal with the things that you know I dealt with before going through this process of menopause or whatever, and I even started to lose weight again right In December I so I've dropped what like 13, 14 pounds now, but there was something that I was noticing with my hair and then what happened was, because I noticed it, it started happening more and more.

Speaker 1:

So now I'm in the process of now I have to go back to the affirmations and kind of reaffirm that no, I have long, thick, beautiful, silky, shiny hair, whatever. However, I want my hair to look right. And so when I say, be careful of the content that you consume. Right, because back when I was premenopausal premenopausal, trying to decipher all those symptoms before I even knew about manifesting, that was years before my awakening journey right, and then going through menopause and you know the symptoms, dealing with that and stuff, because I had already experienced those things and had to create affirmations around those things that I was experiencing, to change my thoughts. Right, to rewire my brain, if you will, but really shift my thought process and develop a new belief. And develop a new belief. You have to be mindful, because when you pay attention to certain things, it can I want to say it can kind of trigger those old thought patterns. So I'm thinking that's what, that's what occurred with me.

Speaker 1:

So now I'm back to, okay, I have this, I have these, this mantra statement, these you know six or seven core affirmations that I say, that when I need to say them, right, that I really kind of just believe now. But sometimes we have to go back, um, if we're triggered for whatever reason, we're paying attention to content that we really that no longer serves us, right, um, we may have to go back and kind of like like fine tuning, right, like reaffirm certain things. So I'm kind of in that process now and I'm sharing this with you guys, just to you, just to let you know that, um, the process is, this journey is not always like easy peasy, it's not always perfect, even those of us who are well into this journey. So I'm on my, I'm on excuse me my ascension path. Now, okay, um, I'm not in the beginning stages of awakening. Now I awaken and I am on my ascension path, ascension to higher and higher and higher and higher states of consciousness. Um, to enlightenment, if you will. Okay, um. And that's not to say enlightenment doesn't mean like you're, you know you're better than anybody else. You it like.

Speaker 1:

You know, people look up to, like Buddha and monks and things like that. They're really just individuals who have gone through this journey of awakening, done the internal work, etc. And now they are in higher states of awareness, higher states of consciousness. That's all. Every single one of us, every single one of you, is on this journey. We're just all at different points on the journey. That's all Okay, that's it. But even me, being where I am now on my journey, I have found that if I am not mindful with literally everything, then there are certain things that I may have to go back and kind of fine tune, my hair being one of them right now. Okay, so I'm sharing that with you guys to let you guys know that it really is important to be mindful, to cultivate that awareness and be careful of what you are giving your attention to. Okay, your attention to? Okay. If it doesn't serve you, remove your attention from it. Okay, all right, uh, another technique is visualization. Now, I've talked about visualization in previous episodes as well. So if you haven't already, check out the previous episodes and this series and my series on manifestation mastery. So visualization not only aids in achieving spiritual goals, but also serves as a tool for better understanding our inner desires and fears. And then, of course, it in turn facilitates a deeper connection with our spiritual selves.

Speaker 1:

So a mindset of gratitude is another great technique, a key technique really, to transforming your beliefs, to changing your thought patterns. So I can say with 100% honesty that if something manifested to my reality that is not ideal, I don't blame anyone, I don't blame the thing. I know that I created it, whether it was last week or a year ago. I really just express gratitude. Or if I don't outwardly express gratitude, I just were to express gratitude, I just, um, I, you know, I uh just observe and, um, I acknowledge it and uh, really have that feeling of gratitude for what the experience is showing me, and I'm grateful for the awareness that it does not affect me, or it's showing me how far that I have moved out of those lower states of consciousness, if you will. Okay, so I don't have the same reactions that I would have had, you know, five years ago. So that shows me that I have changed my belief systems. Okay, all right.

Speaker 1:

Finally, let's talk about the role of meditation and mindfulness and promoting mental clarity. So meditation and mindfulness really take us inward and they help us to cultivate that awareness so that we can observe our reality objectively. Okay, and I've talked about mindfulness and meditation in previous episodes as well, so definitely go back and check those out. But I will say that if you can practice mindfulness as a tool on a daily basis and just in your daily life for achieving mental clarity amidst kind of the chaos of everyday, on a daily basis and just in your daily life for achieving mental clarity amidst kind of the chaos of everyday life, take those moments to yourself. Okay, it really is, it really is helpful.

Speaker 1:

Because when you develop that mindfulness, right, when what happens over time, as as things arise, that may be, you know, unpleasant or chaotic or whatever it's easier to just kind of get to move into that a moment of stillness. Okay, um, you know breath is is helpful. Well, and it can help us to become more mindful, right, you can use breath as a spiritual anchor, if you will. So mindfulness, meditation, using breath as a spiritual anchors to help you become more mindful, um, are very, very helpful on this journey, okay, um, so cultivate mental clarity for spiritual harmony and you can do it, you can do it. It takes some practice, but if you can cultivate your mental clarity, you can do it. It takes some practice, but if you can cultivate your mental clarity, it really will, over time, assist in creating spiritual harmony or, if you don't like the word spiritual, just harmony in your life. Peace and harmony in your life. Mindfulness is so, so, so key on this journey.

Speaker 1:

All right, so that is it for today's episode. Um, I went, but so I want to remind you guys, okay, that before I end this, but to wrap this up, you know, on this exploration of mental clarity, remember that your mind is a powerful instrument in shaping your spiritual journey and shaping your life. So keep that in mind. So, keep that in mind. Remember what I said earlier about breaking out a journal, a spiral notebook, piece of paper, whatever, getting to the roots of your belief systems. Okay, that really would be a great start, all right, so I am going to say goodbye to you all for now and I will see you guys in the next episode, episode five in this 10 part series, and it will be on achieving balance. All right, have a great day and I'll see you guys in the next episode. Bye now.
