The day that you awaken and realize that there is no causation outside of self, it changes everything! I realize that it can be a difficult concept to grasp because it was for me as well. However, once the shock wears off, them you can really begin to live life with intention. Not just in areas of success and money but in all areas of life. We know that there is a ton of information available on productive morning routines, meditation, healthy living, setting goals, etc. But, how do live life with intention in all areas of life, knowing now that you are the creator. By creator I mean, God (the Elohim), the divine source of everything who is in all and is all.
Have you ever considered what you really want to experience in this life? What type of person do you want to be? Who do you want to be? Have you ever thought from the perspective that anything is possible? Once you know that everything starts with self, begin to think about what you really want, who you want to be, and what you want to experience. It doesn’t matter how old you are either, it’s not too late.
Living your life with intention is not just done by setting goals. It is making a conscious effort every day to focus on who you want to be and experience. Maintain that focus and continue to maintain that focus until you are who you want to be and experiencing what you want to experience. When you wake up in the mornings, don’t let your thoughts run rampant. Be intentional about those initial thoughts when you wake up. Who are you?
Throughout the day, if you experience unwanted circumstances, know that they are remnants of old thoughts. They will dissipate if you focus only on who you want to be and what you want to experience. The moment you take your focus away from something it begins to fade. So, if you focus on unwanted circumstances rather than what you want to experience, guess what begins to fade from your mind? Be persistent. As you move throughout your day, embody the feeling of being the person who is living their ideal life. Be intentional in every moment and especially those moments when your mind wanders to the opposite. If it feels overwhelming, go within and remember the words “Be Still and know that I AM God.”
Finally, when you go to sleep at night, take time to think about who you want to be and what you want to experience. Be intentional with your thoughts before you fall asleep. By doing so, you’ll begin to have better control over you sleeping and waking states. Living your life with intention means being intentional at all times. Then, in the rare moments when unintentional thoughts or experience occur, the effect will be minimal. Things won’t bother you as much because you know that everything you desire to be and experience is inevitable. Being intentional takes practice but keep at it!
