Hello, welcome to today's episode of the mindset and manifesting podcast. For those of you who do not know, my name is Lena, and today the topic is letting others be allowing others to just be. And what I mean by that is getting to a point where you are not trying to change other people in your life. Now, if you have been on a manifesting journey, and you have done any research, like on YouTube and watch videos on manifesting, manifesting specific, you know, a specific person or what have you, then, you know, there's a lot that goes into that. As far as, I mean, there are topics out there on freewill, nobody has free well. Everyone is you pushed out, etc. And you know, and I've talked about some of that stuff on my YouTube channel, but so I don't want to go like, deep into any of those topics, but I want to talk about not trying to change other people and your life, and realizing that if something if somebody is treating you a certain way, or if you want somebody to treat you a certain way, then you simply need to change internally, and changing your internal conversations, changing how you feel about yourself, changing your beliefs about yourself changing beliefs about Situations, Relationships, changing beliefs about other people. But you do that all internally, okay? Because there's something within that, perhaps, I believe you have developed along the way. You know, in childhood, maybe, you know, preteen teen, even as an adult, right? So you've developed various beliefs and stuff about, perhaps about how other people, you know, treat you. You you've developed feelings and beliefs about yourself, but there's really nothing to change and another person, you have to do that all the internally. So imagine if somebody was treating you in a way that did not make you feel good, okay, perhaps, or even in general, perhaps you encounter a rude people. And that, you know, that could stem from a belief, maybe you developed early on. Maybe somebody was rude to you, at a certain point. And you thought to yourself, you know, that, you know, people are always rude to you. So, that became you made that statement. And then the next time somebody was rude to you that yourself, you know, they're always ready. And then it happened again, because it's a manifestation. So, eventually, the more happened, the stronger you believe your belief became that people are always rude to you. Alright. But that was done internally. Now, whatever circumstance created that first time, somebody was rude to you. I mean, who knows? Right, everything does start internally. So it could have been a manifestation of another belief or something that had to do with people treating you rudely. Yeah, we're all different. Our manifestations, you know, it's, if you were to try to go back and trace every single little thing, it would be. I mean, that would, that would be a lot of work. Right? And would if you were to focus on that you would just continually manifest that. So why not just start from where you are? And you know, if you're In a situation where people are always treating you rudely, let them be, don't react to those people, let them be. And observe, as I mentioned in my last episode, become the observer, don't try to change the other person, just change internally, change your beliefs about how people treat you, if you have family members who say you have a family member that is always on your case about, well, you need to do this or you need to do that. Don't try to change them by convincing them that you do not need to be a certain way or do certain things, right? Maybe they have a belief, their own beliefs about how you should be because it is a reflection of that, how they are feeling internally what they believe, internally, and they are projecting that on you. All right. Which then becomes in an internal belief. within you, it can be it's like a spiderweb it can seem really complicated, right? Because who knows the origins of all our beliefs, right? Again, unless we do the internal work, and then if, instead of just letting it go, and starting from where you are, and being like, no, the, the, the way, this person is treating me the way that person is projected on me, right, is part of something that I've manifested. So rather than trying to dig deep, and figure out how I've done that, to start from now and be like, No, just a projection, what is it showing? Okay, so there's no need to argue with somebody else. So if somebody's saying, oh, boy, you need to do that you need to get, you need to get a better job. So you can, you know, be more financially stable, this happens a lot with parents, right? And their children. Well, you need to, you need to get a better job, or you need to get this kind of job. Don't try to fight them, right? Just listen, observe, and, and then go inside and do the work internally, this individual, right? is on board with where I'm at, they understand where I am at, I know that I am doing the best thing for me. Right? When it comes to a job, I am in a job that I love, I or if you are not employed, I will I will find a job that I absolutely love, or I am doing what I am passionate about. So you focus on yourself and not react to other people just let them be. Let them be. Because people have their own life. So here's the thing, like people show up in our reality, right? And the way that we are in a way that we assume people are going to show up in our reality. And they're there to teach us, right? They're part of our experience. So they're one way in our reality, but people are still individuals. All right. We're not alone in this world. Like, even though everything is a projection. Everything is a fractal of the one consciousness. Everyone ours, there's still individual's right? As not like a hologram, right? Where they don't really exist, we just assumed exists. That's not the case, at least based on my understanding. So people are going to show up in our reality, the way we assume that they're going to show up based on our beliefs and based on our reactions to people who have shown up in our reality and our awareness. And then we react to that and people continue to show up that way. But again, we don't need to react to other people. Learn to become the observer and see what is being shown to us and what what is triggering you because if there's something triggered knew that somebody has said to you, or a way that somebody has treated you, and it triggers you in some way, that's something that you need to work on. Because if you don't work on it, it's going to keep showing up. But you can work on that without reacting to another person without trying to change another person. Right? Without, for instance, like if your parents, you know, are telling you, you need to get a certain job, or you need to go to college instead of, you know, react and be like, No, I don't need to do that. Or even reacting to them and being like, Okay, this, yeah, this is what I'll do, and doing something just to please another person, because that's not living in your truth, then, that, in the long run, it's going to get you nowhere. So don't try to convince other people don't try to change other people just just let them be observe, determine what it is that you need to work on internally, when you do that other people are going to show up differently for you. And then you're, then you're not going to feel the need to try to change other people. So anyway, I think I got across sort of the gist of what I wanted to say. But again, I don't script these things. I kind of go intuitively on what comes to mind as I as I'm thinking through these things, and what and some of it is a form of channeling, which is why I don't script happens a lot when I am either a meditation or I'm just sitting here writing sometimes. And I'll just ask questions and hire yourself, my guides, things will come through. So yeah, don't try to change other people just let them be and just observe, right? Work on the things that they are showing you the things that are, are being projected onto you that perhaps you need to change within yourself. Discernment comes with practice, it comes over time. So don't worry so much about that right now. Things will be there are certain things that you need to work on, they will become more and more obvious. But right now, just if you can take this one thing away is don't try to change other people just let them be be the the observer and work on the things internally that you need to work on without trying to convince other people of anything. All right, and things will begin to change for you. Alright, so thank you so much for joining me for today's episode, and I will see you guys next time. Have a great day. Sorry. I'm trying not to cough, great day, evening. whatever time it is wherever you are in the world. Alright, I'll see you guys next time. Bye.
