Hello, and welcome to the mindset and manifesting podcast. My name is Lana, I'm the spiritual teacher, and I am a life and manifestation coach. I'm really a spiritual teacher, first and foremost, but I am happy to help anybody that I can when it comes to mindset, manifesting and navigating this journey of awakening, the journey of life really. So this particular episode, I did not plan on recording it. But I was sitting here, I'm actually creating images and stuff for the neville goddard lectures on my websites, I can put them into the courses. But I was sitting here, and I've noticed something the past few days, and I've wanted to talk about it. And it really has to do with how things make us feel, right, the awareness of how things make us feel, and being like really hyper aware of that. And the reason I'm bringing it up again, is because I have noticed over the past few days, I'm first of all, I've got some renovations going on in my house, not like anything major, but I've got I had the popcorn taken off the ceiling, and two of the bedrooms on a hallway. And then of course, once the popcorn comes down, the drywall has to be, you know, patched and primed and things like that, and, and then the rooms are getting painted, and then the rest of my house is going to need to be done. And then I have new flooring and stuff going. And so it's been I don't like to use the word stressful, but I have been using it this week, and then I are today I was like, why am I manifesting that stop saying it out loud. But yeah, I've I've felt that way the past few days. But the interesting thing is, if you follow my podcast, you will know that a few weeks ago, I set the intention to to move into a higher timeline, right, to shift timelines, higher state of consciousness, higher timeline, and then things started happening rapidly. This is part of it. The what's going on with my house, the renovations and stuff that are now happening and will be happening over the next few months. And eventually my bathroom should be redone as well, is because when I moved into the house, the plan was by summer of 2024 to sell this house. I don't know if that's going to happen yet. Because, well, there's some other things that I am manifesting. Now that would kind of override my original plan. But I set the intention moved to our timeline. So now everything that's happening, things are happening at a rapid pace. But there's a lot going on, and my full time job of the government contract is ending. So I've got to let like 14 employees go this at the end of the month. So there's a lot that goes into that from an admin perspectives and from a financial perspective. So I'm really the the primary person, the that's taking care of everything as the office manager, the HR manager, and the CFO. So there was a lot and then of course, do you know my channel, my podcast and my blog and everything. So I've been feeling that this week, really feeling it and in the past, I would have felt what I'm feeling and not been aware of the fact that I can move out of the state of how I'm feeling, right and be intentional about that. So yesterday, I had all of this, like, I could feel this energy, this buildup energy kind of just, like flowing through me, it was like it was really intense. And there was a lot of, there's a lot of stuff happening with the energy coming into the planet. And I mentioned that all the time, but the solar flares, the other energies and stuff from our galactic families, basically, the universe, right. So it's been really intense. And yesterday I went out and I had to, I had to lay out on a bottle, a launcher just so I could lay out in the sun in that energy, right not to get a tan for but for, for the energy and to ground myself in the energy of the sun and of the Earth, I actually bought a couple of grounding mats to I have one for my bed, and I have one that I can sit on or just prop my feet on. If I'm sitting in my living room chair, right, I have an ottoman, because of all of the energy coming in and all the energy that I'm feeling. So I'm just super hyper aware of all that I'm feeling. If any of you guys are feeling any of this kind of stuff, or just like the energy and stuff, or if you're feeling anxious, or whatever. And you're kind of trying to figure out what's going on and how to deal with it. You know, feel free to reach out to me, I'm happy to kind of talk, just have a discussion with you. But anyway. Oh, and I've also speaking to things happening happening rapidly, I'm going to be doing I'm going to have a guest on my podcast sometime. At the end, I'm doing the recording the end in September. So I'll have a guest in October. And then I am going to be a guest on a couple of podcasts. So I'll share that information with you guys as as that as it comes about, you know, after I've done interviews and stuff, but um, so another thing when it comes to how I'm feeling I have there are certain things that I watch on YouTube or I watch on Gaia, right things having to do with consciousness with ascension. Even with aliens, right with energy, things like that. channeled messages from Kryon, the 90 arcturion Council, the Archangel Michael, just different channelings and stuff, channeled messages. And they're just a few other things that I occasionally watch on YouTube. And I haven't been able to listen to them this week. I just haven't. There's something in me. It's like, as I started to listen to a few things, there's something in me that like don't listen to this right now. It's like how do I bout to stumble on my words here? As I respect everybody's opinion, right? Because there is no one truth. Right? We all have different experiences and stuff. I say that all the time to um, and I I know that any information that we encounter, right is already innately within us because everything is a reflection. So it's interesting that I'm not able to listen to these things that I'm used to listening, listening to or watching. It's, I have this I actually haven't even had this deep desire to meditate this week. I have I have meditated Several times this week, but I haven't felt like super drawn to meditate like I have in the past, like, there are times where I'm like, No, whatever I'm doing, I have to stop and I have to meditate. This week, it hasn't been meditation, it's been grounding, literally, like you have to get, you have to go outside, you have to go outside. So that's what I've done a couple of times. That's new for me. So this way, then I'm feeling it's like, sort of like an upheaval, if you will. And at the same time, again, I set the intention, right to move into a higher state of or a higher timeline. And I'm just not able to, to listen to things that I'm used on listening to, it doesn't make me feel I, the term I use is this kind of like a greedy feeling kind of like a rubbing salt in a wound, sort of, and it's not the particular teaching. So the people or anything like that. It's just, there's something in my soul right now. That's like, I think it's telling me to I need to just kind of take a break. Right now from learning. And just I've been wanting to dive back into my book lately. I bought a Hebrew Bible. So it's all in Hebrew. And I've been wanting to dive into that lately, just to read through. I have this feeling, I can always tell when there's a big change coming, because I get like this where things seem kind of like they're not people, right. But really, it's just a bridge of events. So there's something there's something on the horizon. What to my manifestations? I don't know exactly. But there's definitely something coming on the horizon. And there are certain things right now that bring me extreme joy, and really put me in that in the heart space. And I feel super aligned. Like my heart, my mind, my body, like my soul is really aligned. And then other things. I'm not so much. I'm just like, I just have to let things flow. And if I'm not supposed to be diving in and listening to other teachings and stuff right now, that's just, I'm not supposed to be doing it. And there was another, there was something else, what was the other thing? Oh. When it comes to other teachings, right, that like not, like following my own path, right? Not following the lead of others, but following my own path, and trusting in my experiences. And I'm really, that's really important for me right now, right? Because there's so much information out there. But, um, and obviously, it's showing me through certain things, right, certain things, and awaken that innate knowledge that's, you know, within my DNA that we all have, but I don't know, I just, there's something kind of bubbling here up to the surface. And I really feel just, like, I just need to focus on what I am doing and not soak in so much knowledge from elsewhere, right now. And it's not something like I'm not intentionally everyday like, oh, I need to listen to this YouTube video or I need to read this book, to gain knowledge or listen to what other people are doing or saying it's not that kind of thing is, you know, I'm sitting here working and casually you know, watch things or listen to things. And yeah, just that feeling Though def Tech really kindness, again saw in a womb kind of feeling. It's like, you shouldn't be doing this is interesting. So how do you I, what I'm going, what got where I'm going with all of this is? Are you in tune with how you feel about certain things like if you are watching something, if you are listening to something, you're doing something that's or having a conversation with somebody, and it's not resonating with you? Can you feel that? I'm sure you can. But how do you deal with that? When you feel it? When you know? Okay, you're in the middle of you're having a conversation with somebody, and it's just not feeling right. Something like, this is not resonating with me. This is not what I need right now. Do you walk away? Or do you ignore the feeling? Because when you're really, when you're really in tune with yourself really aligned, you would walk away, you would probably walk away. When it comes to knowledge, right? If you're reading something, and it's not resonating with you in a moment, or you're listening to something, it's not resonating with you in the moment, do you? Do you turn away from it and just say to yourself, it's not resonating with me right now. There's nothing wrong with it. It's just not resonating with me right now. So let me know, do something that is going to bring me joy in the moment. Right? Do you divert your attention? Or do you just kind of stick with, you know, whatever you're listening to, or whatever you're watching or whatever? Do you just stick with that, even though it's there, you just know that something's not resonating with you. Because what you what really helps to elevate us into higher states of consciousness is to recognize it's not resonating in that moment, and doing something else that brings you joy, something you're passionate about. Right? So observing it, acknowledging it, and then just not like, not forcing it, not sticking with it. Right. Not trying to force, you know, being, like, not trying to resonate with it, but diverting your attention and doing something that brings you joy. So this week, again, I've just been like, it was so but Well, for me, I for me, I know everything happened, that's going on right now, is because of the intention, I said, because the of the man of the things that I'm consciously manifesting, and I can see movement, right, that's part of what I've done for myself is cultivated that awareness so I'm able to see what's going on, um, from a level of perspective of knowing, okay, there, everything's moving here. Everything is a manifestation. Things are moving here. Even though I felt a little bit stressed. I really don't need to feel this way. Even though I am right, but, but it's okay. Right. I don't need to fight it. It's okay. Because I'm, I'm supposed to be feeling this right now. It's showing me something, right. This is it's teaching me something or it's showing me something. So just observe it. It's been a little bit challenging to just observe this week. But you know, I have my moments where I'm like, kind of in the in the thick of it and I'm like God, and then the next moment I'm like, It's okay. It's really okay. Just don't kind of sink back into those lower states of consciousness and just kind of get a get absorb what how I'm feeling just observe it and recognize it for what it is. It is just a feeling, okay? And instead of again, like getting absorbed and it just be like No, I'm just it's gonna pass because things are unfolding here. And it's wonderful. I actually, what's interesting, I had, I got a check in the mail the other day from Wells Fargo and I did not back when I was not great with finances. You know, I had issues with the bank and things like that. Like overdraft fees, things like that. But that was a long time ago. So, my, when I first saw the letter, my first and my first instinct was, Oh, what is this about? Right, I was not expecting a check. It was just my first thought was at, like, an old pattern thought. And, but in that moment, I was like, it's an old pattern. This is just an old pattern of thought here, right? expecting the worst from, you know, this bank that I used to do business with? Well, I opened it and I got a check. And I was totally unexpected a check from, from, I guess they did an audit back from like, 2010 or something where they had they owed me money. And I thought in that moment, I was like, ah, yeah, things have definitely shifted. So that was showing me these old pattern of thoughts. But that is not my new reality. That is not my new reality. So shift out of that old state into the new. Right. But that feeling I got when I first saw the letter, that feeling again, right? Because we're talking about feelings today. How did you feel about things? Wasn't their initial feeling was like an old? An old thought, an old kind of gut? Well, I didn't really have a reaction, it was the thought so. So anyway, how do you feel about that certain things? Are you aware? Like, are you really aware of how you feel when something is not resonating with you, or when something is resonating with you, but primarily today with? You know, I've talked a lot about things that aren't resonating. So let's kind of go with that. Are you really aware? And if you're not aware, start paying attention. Right? When you're on situation, start paying attention when an old pattern shows up? How are you feeling in that moment? If it's not a great feeling? What is it showing you? What is that feeling showing you? And if it doesn't resonate with you, change your state of consciousness, move out of that state of, you know, whatever feeling it is, if it's an achy feeling, and again, for me, it's like salt in a wound kind of feeling like, oh, it's not as rubs me the wrong way. And then just take yourself out of that state of consciousness, it takes practice to move your self into a higher state. And then if you feel like intuitively if your guts telling you that you need to do something else, like for me, this week, like going outside, I'm usually I'm usually just in the House working and would normally have ignored that. You know, a year or two ago, go out even probably a month ago. Get up and go outside. No, let me just say here are work now. Now, I feel so strongly, some days to get up and walk outside, even if it's just to put my feet in the grass. But even that grounding, like putting my feet in the grass is not. There's so much and I can feel so much energy flowing through me that I think that being out in the sun, like yesterday, like sitting in the sun really well. really helped me. I don't know how long they laid there and I actually I had, so I'm not, I'm gonna be honest, I'm not big on crystals. I have some I have some chakra crystals, I have polished stones, and then I have some crystals. But I know there's no power outside of ourselves, right. But if I set an intention, what I did is I set the intention for the energy from the sun to just infuse itself in the crystals. And I just laid them on my body, I'm you know, Lena and launched and I just laid them on my body. And I have these intense, like, really intense feeling on both of my sides. On my like my breasts right on the sides, like, sort of like underneath my armpit. It hurt on both sides, it really hurt. And I was like, What is going on here? Why? Why does this hurt? And then, so I took the crystals off and that pain went away. It was like really intense. I don't know what it was. But I so I took them off. And then I laid them on me again. And I feel that felt it again. I was like, that's interesting. I wonder what this is about. But yeah, I set the intention for the the energy of the centers to kind of, like infused into into these rocks, basically these crystals. Because I was curious. And the thing is, I wasn't putting power outside of myself. I was curious. And I do this all the time. Mike's I experiment with things. All right, I was curious, if I set the intention, what's going to happen? With me setting this intention, knowing that all of the power comes from within could these crystals don't have magical power? I know some people would disagree. I don't believe that crystals have, like magical powers in and of themselves that they can, you know, solve, you know our problems in and of themselves. It is our intention behind everything, our conscious creation, our conscious intention behind everything that manifests. And that creates. So anyway, I don't know. Now when I feel the need to go outside, I don't ignore it. I went outside the other night. laid in a lounge chair and just looked up at the sky and this huge, huge pine tree on the other side of my fence and I just watched it right now watch just the leaves kind of move slowly in the wind. And it was so cool. Because the I mean, the leaves are really green, they're not brown and all they're really green. But the more I watched it, the leaves started to change like the tips of the branches. Because they're not really leaves. It's a pine tree. So the tips of the branches that were bright green, and then they they turned into like a brown color. But just the temps and then they turned white. So there was all there was this transition of colors going on. So I think now with the way that I'm feeling lately, especially this past week, is that I just really need to get out in nature, in nature more. So that's what I've been doing, even if it's just not my own backyard. So pay attention to what you're feeling right. And don't ignore, like, if you get a deep intuition about something, even if it's just to kind of get up and move your body or whatever, or go out in nature or, or do something that brings you a lot of joy. Don't ignore that. Right. Pay attention to how you're feeling. And then again, the things that don't resonate with you. If it's not resonating with you, then move yourself out of the situation. You don't have to force yourself to feel a certain way you don't have to force being in a situation if it's not resonating with you. All right. All of the power is within us. So make make conscious choices. that are the best for you that resonate with you. Right? And don't worry about what other people think. Do do you that's the best way to be completely authentic to is to go with how you're feeling and being really in tune with with yourself and not so much everybody else.
