Speaker 1:

Hello and welcome to the Mindset and Manifesting podcast, or, if you are a regular listener, welcome back. I am your host. My name is Lena. I am a spiritual teacher and a conscious manifestation coach really a spiritual coach. Today I want to talk about the energetic blueprint, right? So, understanding and balancing the chakras. So this is episode. Let me look episode six in a 10 part series on awakening the spiritual body. But before I get into this episode, for those of you who follow me regularly, or those of you who plan to perhaps subscribe and follow me regularly, although it is my goal to have episodes out once a week, eventually I would even like to get to twice a week but I am very in tune. I'm very aligned with my intuition, my energetic body, the energies around me, etc. So oftentimes I will need to take breaks, I will need to rest, I will need to consciously alchemize the energies that I am working with, and the next episode we're going to talk about the Kundalini energy. So that has a lot to do with it for me as well working with that energy and making sure that energy is balanced. So if there is a break in the podcast episodes, if, for whatever reason, they don't come out every week. Just understand that it is. That that's the reason, and I would encourage each of you to, on this journey, to really develop that true sense of self and alignment.

Speaker 1:

And if you are experiencing a Kundalini awakening, if you are in in tune with the energies around you, some of you may may be and not fully aware of it. So for me personally, I used to be the type of person that would. I could literally sit and work for like 16 hours, you know 12, 14, 16 hours a day. You know sometimes, for you know, a week or two at a time, until I would get burned out a little bit because I, um, I'm a, uh, a manifesting generator when it comes to human design. So I, that, and that adds to that, adds kind of to um, my, the dynamics of my, uh, my soul blueprint, if you will.

Speaker 1:

So my hope is that in sharing information with you guys, sharing my experiences, etc. That it will help you guys to understand how you yourself are operating from an energetic perspective, because oftentimes we go through life operating in a certain way and not fully aware of why, especially growing up, you know, if you've dealt with trauma, we go through certain conditionings in life, right, we grow up being told what to do, what not to do, by our parents, being given advice by parents, teachers, adults, et cetera, and then many of us begin to the job market. For me, I went into the Air Force right out of high school and were constantly inundated with information from other people. Now, part of it is it's all part of our experience, right, because prior to incarnating, we agreed to experience certain things and then on the journey, there are other new things arise because we are constantly creating our reality and, in tandem with other individuals, we are co-creating right on a larger perspective. So if, if we come across information, we see something in the news, etc. And we and whoever responds to that, we agree to that, like mentally right, we look at something and think, oh yeah, you know, that makes sense or that's true, or whatever. I'm going to accept that as truth. We are co creating, so we can often go through life like experiencing these things, these energies, and many of us, many of you, may be sensitive to these energies. You may be you, we all have spiritual gifts, right, so you may have some of your spiritual gifts online and may not really be quite aware of them yet. Okay, and thinking things are just happening to you without understanding how to kind of take a hold of those things and observing them and working with them in a way that's really going to assist you on your path of awakening and at some point on your journey, your ascension. So I just wanted to mention those things.

Speaker 1:

You know I've talked about being a conscious manifestation coach, but I really, over the past couple of things, I've really been thinking about it from the perspective of you know, there's so much more to life, so much more to this journey than just manifesting right, consciously manifesting, it's just, it's a phase. Well, we're always manifesting right, consciously manifesting, it's just, it's a phase. Well, we're always manifesting right, we've manifested our entire existence. But we go through different phases of awakening or through life right. First we're unaware. Or through life right. First we're unaware. Then we may become aware that we can change our mindset, that we're manifesting our reality, et cetera. And then we go through the awakening process, the ascension process, et cetera.

Speaker 1:

So for me it's becoming really important that I focus on the different aspects of the journey. And again, we're going to talk about I know what seven minutes, and I haven't talked about the chocolate yet, but we're, I'll get to that in a second, but I wanted to preface this because working with the energies is an important part of this process. Understanding the energies is an important part of the process. Okay, for instance, for me, looking back on my experience going through paramenopause and you'm I've been postmenopausal for many, many, many years now. I've lost track, um, I'm able to look back and understand those energies. Now I'm able to look back and understand the anxiety and the depression I went through, the feelings uh, of, of, uh being on a feeling on unworthy and unheard, um, unheard, being able to look back on the verbal abuse and the sexual abuse that I experienced on occasions growing up. So I'm able to look now in retrospect at the energies of those things that happen and I've been able to alchemize all of that. Okay, now, you know I still go through things.

Speaker 1:

For instance, you know I don't think I posted a podcast episode last week at all. I almost uh didn't record to post this week because I've been, I I've just been on this, uh, this part of my journey where, um, actually over the past several months, where literally I've been told to just be still okay, observe and be still, which I do on a regular basis anyway, but it's been really intense the past few months. It's all energetic, all of it, okay. So, again, learning to observe and work with the energies is really beneficial. So today we're going to talk about the chakra system really beneficial. So today we're going to talk about the chakra system, and then again, and then next week going to talk about the Kundalini energy. So the next two episodes are really going to focus on energy. Okay, all right. So let's get into this energetic blueprint and understanding and balancing the chakras, all right. So again, this is episode six of this 10 part series on awakening the spiritual body.

Speaker 1:

So, the philosophy behind the chakra system was originally found in Vedic writings, which were ancient Hindu philosophical texts written between about 1500 and 500 BCE. This is the information that I found online. I personally have never studied Hindu texts, the Vedic texts, the Vedic philosophies, none of that. So, like I'm not well-versed in the Hindu text, I did download, um, some Vedic. Uh, oh, what did I download? I did download some Vedic text and I haven't gotten around to reading it yet. Um, oh, it's the uh, the four Vedas. Yeah, so at some point I'm going to read through that because I'm really I'm interested in I'm always interested in expanding the repertoire of knowledge that I'm able to share.

Speaker 1:

Okay, so, if you're interested in Hindu philosophy and Hindu philosophy, et cetera, you might. You could start with the Vedic writings. They are a series of like writings and poems and some some other things. So anyway, uh, I'm not. I probably shouldn't try to talk too much about it since I've never read them and I uh not well versed in it, but anyway, um, all right. So how do you think the philosophy came about? Because the chakras are invisible to the physical eye, right? Uh, many of many of the things that we do not see with the naked eye but we are aware of are received through vision and intuitive insight, right through spirit and our spiritual gifts. So, just like with reiki, okay, I.

Speaker 1:

So I'm a reiki level two practitioner and when I took my reiki class, I found out the the gentleman that um founded Reiki. I'd have to look back at my notes. Let me see. I have my notes here If I can find it real quick. So I'm looking if his name is on here, okay, so, mrs, oh, these were drawn by Mrs Takata. I don't remember the history. I have my notes here. It's been a while since I took the class.

Speaker 1:

So the gentleman who founded Reiki was oh, here it is, mataji Kawakami. Okay, so he was. So apparently he was on a mountain and I don't know. I think he was meditating or something. For those of you guys who really know this, I apologize if I'm butchering it, but again, I took the class a while ago and I just haven't revisited my notes on the actual history of it.

Speaker 1:

I work with the energies, but I don't teach, I don't teach it. I work with the energies, but I don't teach, I don't teach it. So, again, I'd have to refresh my memory on my notes with the history. But anyway, so the gentleman that founded Reiki right, these Reiki symbols was on a mountain and received this information through vision, because we can't actually physically see with our naked eye. Right, the, the Reiki symbols.

Speaker 1:

Now, if your third eye is open, if your spiritual gifts are online clairvoyance, et cetera, where you're able to see, you know, claircognizant, clairaudient, you have this clear knowing of what they mean. Or you're able to like, if you like, if you were audibly able to hear, um, the, the meaning of these words, like if you were, if you were sitting down and you heard a message of what, for instance, the chakra system or Reiki, meant right. So sometimes we can know these things through vision and through our spiritual gifts. So, but seeing them with the naked eye now we're able to now, because if they're you know, if they're they're drawn right, but how they originally came about? They were probably, it was probably through you know, the, the, the drawn right, but how they originally came about there were probably, um, it was probably through vision and um, and insight, right, um, as someone from someone in the going through the awakening and ascension process, if that makes any sense. So anyway, um, yeah, and that's just what happens on this journey, right, we, at some point you start receiving things telepathically, like your, you're that inner knowing, that gut feeling about certain things, hearing messages audibly, etc. Through visions, dreams, etc. It's part of the journey. So you may have, like with me, I have innate wisdom that comes and visions that come through now regarding scripture. I have in a wisdom that comes and visions that come through now regarding Scripture, like this true, the symbolism, the mystical symbolism and meaning in Scripture, through vision and through dreams. Now, other people may, you know, receive visions and and insight into other things again the chakra system, reiki, um, other practices and stuff out there, right, sacred, uh, let me see, I lost my nose, okay, so with um, with all of that being said, let's talk about the seven primary chakras.

Speaker 1:

So these are the ones that most people who are aware of the chakras, uh, are familiar with, they're just learning about them are familiar with. There are actually many chakras in the body and chakras that extend beyond the physical, the physical body. So the energy of the seven chakras also extends outward, to the front and to the back right, because they're vortices. So most of us, when we think about the chakra system or, for me, like when I was first learning about them, so when I would see images about the chakra system, I would just see the seven chakras in a line right, and then later I found out that this energy, the chakras, actually extend outward, to the front of the body. So each of the seven chakras right extends outward. The energy of extends outward, um, to the front of the body and to the back. Now, um, our chakras are often referred to as wheels of energy, okay, and they are the fundamental energy centers within our spiritual body.

Speaker 1:

Now I'm I'm going to say something real quick and try not to go off on a tangent on this, but it is my understanding and belief that our chakras correspond. Also there's a correlation with the seven rays of light, okay, and, um, seven days of creation, et cetera. So I'm just gonna briefly say that, um, at some point, you know, down the road, I may kind of talk more about the correlation. But there's so much information, so that comes through on this journey. Like trying to talk about it, I have to wait because I get bits and pieces of information and dreams, wisdom, um, kind of this innate knowing that arises telepathically, and meditation, etc. So before talking about certain things, like I have to wait to like I have more of the pieces before I can actually talk about certain things. Um, yeah, what a wild, wild ride. This journey is all right.

Speaker 1:

So, um, so our chakras are like spinning vortexes, so each has its unique frequency and these energetic frequencies work together to create balance. So these energy centers facilitate the flow of life force, energy also known in certain cultures as prana or chi right or chi right. So, and then this tie our chakras ties into the Kundalini awakening and the Kundalini energy, which again I'll talk about the next episode. So our chakras are bridges between our physical and our spiritual selves. So they serve as gateways to higher states of consciousness.

Speaker 1:

So I can't give you a specific scientific explanation on the chakra system. I am not very scientifically minded. I could be analytical, but I'm not really into too much into science. But anyway, there is something about how the energy flows that connects us because, of course, we're energetic beings. So I see it as bringing ourselves into balance through these energy centers.

Speaker 1:

That then opens up other channels and when I was coming up with what I wanted to talk about for this episode and I actually got this vision of these channels and, um, what I saw. So this is how I saw it in vision this field of energy right, um, that has been, that has been worked, really. So we're all, we're working with these energies within our um, our bodies okay, um, or not working with them. And then you know, it can feel like, it can feel um, the energies can feel like chaotic if we don't know how to work with them. They can feel chaotic, they can feel like um, blockages, etc. Okay, um. So so I saw these channels opening like a field of energy that has been worked right, like all of the kinks have been worked out, and now the energy moves, it budges, and as these energy centers, right, kind of, have been worked and balanced and this energy moves, all of have been worked and and balanced and this energy moves, as it moves or as it opens up these energy centers, this beautiful burst of energy is released. And again, this is just what I saw in vision um is released and then it kind of as it's released and then it settles into this beautiful flow, so then it moves, uh. Then there's this movement into the next energy center, uh, and you know wherever that energy chooses to flow to. So, anyway, that's what I saw, uh and vision. So it's like this opening and this kind of ripple effect, this flow of the energy and moving um to and through the next energy center, etc.

Speaker 1:

All right, so now there are uh, seven main chakra systems. Uh, let's see. Okay, I wanted to make sure I didn't miss anything. So seven uh main chakras, right, each associated with specific qualities and um and and functions. So let's talk about these energy centers and um, and so we can better understand their unique characteristics.

Speaker 1:

So there's a root chakra I'm going to try to pronounce these names. I think they're Hindu names, indian names. So the root chakra, muladhara, is the foundation of our energy system, so it connects us to the earth and provides stability and a sense of security, security, okay, if we don't feel safe, uh, then our, then sometimes our root chakra can be out of balance, um, or blocked, if you will, um. So, of course, with all the trauma and stuff that I experienced, uh, and not really as a child not feeling shown up for, et cetera, um, of course, my root chakra, uh, was blocked, um. And then there's the sacral chakra Shvadhisthana, shvadhisthana, anyway, um, I probably shouldn't even try to pronounce any of these, but now that I started, I'm going to just do it with all of them. It is the seed of creativity and passion. It governs our emotions, our sensuality and pleasure.

Speaker 1:

Because of the sexual trauma, the abuse that I experienced growing up not on a consistent basis, it happened, you know, on specific occasions, for different occasions but there was a fear Because of that. There was a fear all through my adolescence and even teenage years of it recurring, primarily with my stepfather, who has now passed away. But anyway, what really helped me unlock my sacral chakra? One doing the internal work, um, and some other, uh, some other stuff going on, um, and my physically because of stored trauma. So I, um, I tried sacral therapy, right, it's a type of massage therapy, if you will. Like you would see a massage therapist, um, who is who does sacral therapy. It's very subtle and because it's so subtle, I honestly at first I was like didn't even think it was going to work, but it opened up so much for me, um, I no longer have the issues in my hips that I used to have and I no longer have, like the, the sexual blockages and stuff that I used to have. Sacral therapy really, really helped kind of opening up that area.

Speaker 1:

And I know this is really personal, but I mean it's, it's part of the journey. So, um, if you are experiencing, um, if you're experiencing certain things, um, just know that from a physical perspective, just know that everything is energetic and sometimes and we can work with the energies right, um, to open up those energy centers and to bring ourselves in balance. But sometimes we need to take care of things from a physical uh perspective as well. Okay, it takes d, it takes, it takes discernment right, knowing yourself, knowing your body, um, etc. To kind of work with these, these different things, and everybody is going to everybody is going to have different areas that they may need to work on. Excuse me, so I just thought I would share that.

Speaker 1:

Um, the solar plexus is the next one. Um, the manipura, manipura. This is a center of personal power. Okay, it affects our confidence, our self-esteem and our ability really to manifest. Now, from a physical perspective, we can have, from my own personal experience, digestive issues. Okay, um, and for me personally, let's see um, I talked about this in a previous episode so these, so the um, the solar plexus, right, our confidence, our self-esteem, our ability to manifest, etc.

Speaker 1:

Now, I have had digestive issues for um, for for a while now. So I'm still working through food sensitivities because on this journey since my awakening, I have developed more food sensitivities, things I'm just not able to consume anymore, and what happens is, again, all these dense energies arise, all these things. And food is energetic, right, everything is energetic. So the energetic component of certain foods and stuff my body is not able to tolerate. Now and again everybody's going to be different, so you may have to figure that out for yourself. Really, I mean, you can seek information, guidance, etc. But you know your body better than anybody, better than any doctor, etc. And I'm not saying not to seek medical advice, but be aware of how your body feels consuming certain foods, if you have digestive issues, etc.

Speaker 1:

How, where do you feel confident? Um, where, for, do you not feel, uh, worthy, or do you feel? Do you feel worthy? Do you feel confident? Okay, if you can gauge that within yourself, okay, um, yourself, okay. It give you insight as to whether or not your solar plexus chakra is open or if there's some energy, some energy there that you know it'd be kind of stuck and needs to be released, worked through. Okay, and we work through it by alchemizing the energy. Okay, by understanding why we think a certain way, feel a certain way, right, what our belief systems are, and if they are negative, if they are like of a lower density right, they don't make us feel great then we shift those belief systems, right. So then we're able to work with the energies and improve our ability to consciously manifest, rather than just allowing life to happen to us. You kind of take control of that, of our thought process, of our beliefs, and really switch those belief systems, thoughts, et cetera, into what we, the things that we want to experience and therefore create in our lives, and I've talked about affirmations and manifesting techniques and stuff from previous episodes. So next we come to our heart chakra. Anahata, if I'm pronouncing these wrong, I apologize, I'm doing my best.

Speaker 1:

The heart chakra, the seat of love and compassion, um, it governs our relationships, empathy and our connection to others and really our connection to ourselves. Right, how do you feel about yourself? Do you feel closed off? Do you feel open? Do you feel like? And really our connection to ourselves, right? How do you feel about yourself? Do you feel closed off? Do you feel open? Do you feel connected to your higher self? Right, or do you? Do you not feel great about yourself? Right, and that would tie into self esteem, etc. But if you, or do you feel this capacity to love, but then don't feel loved in return? So the heart chakra is I would really. So the heart chakra for me is really this center point. I mean, all of the chakras need to be balanced, of the chakras need to be balanced. But when the heart chakra begins to open and expand, I would say the heart chakra, really, and the crown chakra together as they begin to open and expand.

Speaker 1:

And I have physically, not even just through reiki sessions, but physically On occasions. It really depends on kind of what I'm thinking about sometimes, or just if I'm kind of just still, sometimes I can be sitting in my chair here working, and this overwhelming sense of like peace and joy and love will come and gratitude, gratitude, oh, my goodness will come over me and I can literally feel, from an energetic perspective, sometimes physical sensations, um, because I, because the kundalini, my kundalini, is activated so I can feel the energy I can feel sometimes, can feel sometimes where something needs to be released in my body energetically. So I may physically feel it in my heart center, in my chest. Sometimes it extends out a little bit. But from an energetic perspective, I can often feel, often feel it don't know really how to describe it. It feels let me see if I can try to describe it like this expansion and this again overwhelming sense of like peace and and gratitude. Okay, now, as the kundalini energy um is rising, um, sometimes I'll feel um heart palpitations, right, I may feel a little bit of tension sometimes in my chest and it like it used to bother me years ago when I was experiencing depression and anxiety etc. And I didn't realize that everything was energetic. Um, it used to to worry me. Now it doesn't, because I'm able to work with the energy and understand it. So, um, yeah, the gratitude does, gratitude and forgiveness really does wonders for um, opening up the heart chakra. Okay, um, and then then the connection to others sort of automatically arises. All right now.

Speaker 1:

The next chakra is the throat chakra, the Vishuddha. This is the center of communication and self-expression, so this chakra influences our ability to express our truth. Now, I had a for me personally, I had a closed, uh, or an imbalanced throat chakra for many, many, many, many, many years, because I was a very intellectual and philosophical child and I saw the world differently than my peers. I for me, it felt easier to be in a room and adult conversation than around other kids my age, okay. So I saw the world from an expanded viewpoint, even though at the time I didn't really understand it. I was questioning everything, the existence of you know how we got here, questioning god, questioning everything, but I saw things from just this expanded viewpoint and then trying to figure out how to make that relate to like this limited kind of physical experience I was having. Really.

Speaker 1:

So, as I tried to express these things, people didn't like, people around me didn't understand. So I stopped talking about certain things, I stopped asking others certain things. I stopped asking others certain things because I felt, honestly, I felt kind of crazy, right. I was like I grew up thinking what is what is wrong with, what's wrong with me? Why? Why do I think this way? Right, no, but why can't just be normal? Now I understand. Now I understand that I'm a very, very old soul.

Speaker 1:

I have been a spiritual teacher. I am a spiritual teacher in other dimensions and timelines, right, Past lives, which really are just alternate timelines, all existing now simultaneously from a spiritual perspective, things that we can't see with the naked eye. Okay, um, so I, you know, I shut down. So my throat chakra for many, many years was really imbalanced. I was always trying to fit in. I thought I had to fit in with others rather than just being comfortable, being authentic and expressing my truth. Now I still have moments.

Speaker 1:

Now and this really is due to the fact of what I mentioned previously I receive bits of information, pieces at a time, so sometimes I'll have gaps in what I share, because I'm I've got pieces of information that I've received in a dream or through vision or telepathically, right Um, and meditation, or sometimes just sitting here going about my business and and insight will come through Um, but I'm not able to fully articulate it yet because, because all of the pieces of that particular piece of information that need to be shared I haven't received yet. So I'm constantly, constantly uh alchemizing energy, uh, piecing together information, et cetera, and not just piecing together the information, but working with the information that I receive to apply it, to understand it for my own sake, my own journey, my own experiences, because I'm through the Ascension process myself. So so, yeah, so I mean that's just insight into me and how, how things are going for me. Because there's a thing some of you may be going through similar things right, especially as your spiritual gifts come online, as you go through your own awakening and ascension process. But the thing is, now my throat chakra is fully open.

Speaker 1:

I have no problem expressing my truth, I have no problem being completely authentic. If there's something I don't want to do, I won't do it. Okay, I won't do it for the sake of just doing it. I won't do anything for the sure sake of just pleasing other people or making other people happy, etc. So, and there's a sense of freedom, there's a sense of freedom, and that, okay, let's see now the next chakra, our third eye.

Speaker 1:

Uh, ash, ashna, ashna, a g or a, uh, a, j and a. This is the seat of intuition and insight, right? Uh, our third eye, which is, um, most people correlate with, uh, the uh pineal gland I believe so, and it's in the middle of the forehead. So, um, when I talk about the kundalini energy in the next episode, um, I'll I mentioned because I've already made my notes for that episode where I will feel this literal like vibrating, pulsing sensation in the middle of my forehead. So, right between my eyes, um, my right between my eyebrow, not my eyes, my eyebrows, just a little above that, in the center of the forehead. I will literally feel it and, again, that's the kundalini energy within me rising and the fact that those uh energy centers are open and uh and balanced.

Speaker 1:

I've done a lot of work to done a lot of work on the opening and the balancing of the chakras within my system. So it is again the seed of intuition and insight, right, it connects us to higher wisdom and inner vision. It connects us to higher wisdom and inner vision. And then we have the crown chakra, the sahasra Okay, I'm going to try this Sahasrara. It is the gateway to divine consciousness and, yeah, I talk about that too in the next episode, where I will literally feel my, at the top of my head, my crown, that open and expanding, and sometimes it feels like a really kind of like a cooling sensation, almost right as it opens and expands, um, and sometimes it's like a tingling, like an ender. Literally I can feel the energy. So, again, it's the gateway to divine consciousness, um, it connects us to the universal energy and to spiritual enlightenment.

Speaker 1:

Now there are other chakras, so I, for me, personally, I now work with, um, the chakras in my hands and in my ears, being clairaudient, excuse me, um, you know my other clairs have opened up clairvoyance, claircognizance, um, etc. When I meditate, now, if I am focusing on the chakras, oftentimes I will move up into the 12th, uh, all the way up through the and into the 12th chakra that extends above the crown. So I move through the seventh chakra, the seven chakras, uh, up into the eighth, the ninth and the tenth, the tenth and the eleventh chakras. Okay, um, but I'm able to do that because I've opened these energy centers and open my crown chakras to be able to work with the other chakras. I have a specific meditation that I created for myself.

Speaker 1:

I've done other chakra meditations sound healing, stuff like that, but this particular meditation I created for myself. I thought you know if I'm going to do this. How can I visualize opening up these energy centers and balancing them? Now, I'm able to. When I do this meditation, even when I'm not meditating, I can feel the sensation of the energy spinning within my body. I'm also able to feel that spinning sensation again without meditation. Now, right, it kind of depends on my state of being. If I'm in a real sense of like peace and just flow, then sometimes I'll just sit here and I can feel like, literally feel like I'm spinning. Sometimes I'll just sit here and I can feel like, literally feel like I'm spinning. My body is not physically spinning, but it feels like it is. I've talked about that before. You know previous episodes. So now let's talk about a few things that you can do to balance and align the chakras so you can meditate and visualize right, that's one practice. So guided meditations and visualizations can help you focus on the energy and on the specific chakras and this can help with balance and alignment.

Speaker 1:

Chakra affirmations, so you can create affirmations tailored to each chakra to help you reprogram and harmonize those energy centers, for instance, during the meditation that I created for myself, I will say, instance, during the meditation that I created for myself, I will say my root chakra is open, the energy is flowing freely and connected to every chakra in my system, right? So I say this for each of the chakras and visualize the energy spinning like a vortex and literally moving up my body. Now, if you have, uh, if you have energy centers, if your chakras are blocked, if you will, if that energy isn't flowing correctly due to trauma, uh, due to not being able to speak your truth, etc. Okay, you may need to first gear your affirmation or need to, or want to gear your affirmations to, um, specific chakras, to help to change your belief systems, to then, oh, then, open those energy. So I mean, you can open the energy systems without let me think about this for a second um, without you can open them up without creating affirmations geared towards certain things. Like you know, I'm confident, I'm safe, I'm secure. Hold on, I'm going to visualize this for one second, can you? I'm going to work through this, this. I mean, this is how I operate, sometimes too. So, as I'm, as I'm sharing this, I'm thinking, because I've already done the work on the affirmations to change belief systems and then opening up the energy centers. Yeah, you can open up, because we really have the power to do anything. Right, so you can create affirmations that specifically just open up those energy systems.

Speaker 1:

If you have not done the work around specific chakras to change your belief systems around certain things, right, for instance, if you don't feel confident, if you don't feel safe, if you don't feel, uh, secure, you may want to do affirmations, um, to change those belief systems in conjunction with Okay, in conjunction with or prior to actually doing chakra meditation. So you can choose what your preference is. Okay, all right, I wanted to kind of yeah, I had to think about that in the proper way, or not necessarily the proper way, but a way to do that, to really open up those energy systems based on where you are in your journey. So you choose, you can choose what you prefer to do Whether you choose to just sit down, work with the chakra system, just opening those centers and balancing the energies, or if you choose to do that in conjunction with creating affirmations specific to each of the chakra systems right, your heart chakra forgiveness and gratitude. Your root chakra feeling safe and secure. Your sacral chakra right, um, feeling creative and and um and open Um, and you know if you need to work with sexual energy, et cetera, and you know if you need to work with sexual energy, etc. So choose, do what feels right to you creating affirmations and working with those belief systems and choosing beliefs, choosing thought patterns that are in alignment with with your higher self, really with what you want to experience in this life.

Speaker 1:

Okay, for those of you who are interested, I have a? Uh, a conscious manifestation guide and a journal. Right now they're just digital um, there is uh, I do charge for them. They're available on the shop in my, on my website, if you want to download those. That takes you through manifestation techniques, creating affirmations, etc. So there's the guide and then the journal, all right. So I was talking about the other chakra systems. You can do energy healing techniques such as Reiki, crystal healing, sound therapy, et cetera. They're all powerful tools for balancing the chakras and I've used all of these techniques, all right. So, uh, got a few minutes left.

Speaker 1:

Um, I was going to offer some other experiences, um, which I've talked about in previous episodes. So I've had some unique um experiences working with uh, working with Reiki. So and again, it's part of the reason I wanted to better learn how to work with the energies in my body, with the Kundalini energy that is now awake. So I took the Reiki class because I really wanted to learn to work with these, those energies. So, um, I've done some distance healing uh sessions, which have been pretty, uh pretty unique because I'm able to work with my other spiritual gifts right, because I get insight that comes through about, um, uh, the individuals when I'm working with them. So if you're interested in distance uh Reiki, um, I do offer that as well. Uh, I actually don't have those services up on my website right now, but you can always uh email me and reach out to me. Uh, if you're interested in a distance healingiki session with me because, again, so I can just do the healing. But if you're interested in any of the inside the divisions that I get, specific to your, your energies and what's going on with your body or what I've, yeah, whatever comes through, sometimes I'll get a message about something you may have gone through. So if you're interested in hearing, if knowing if anything comes through, I'm happy to share that with you.

Speaker 1:

Not everybody who experiences Reiki is open to the intuitive insight that comes through as well, but that's one of my spiritual, or actually more than one, because it really works with. You know different spiritual gifts, um, the the different Claire's, uh, but anyway, I'll offer that as well. Um, all right, so not as it for today's episode. So thank you so much for joining me. Um, remember that nurturing and balancing your energy centers, it can take practice. So, as you work with the energy centers, pay attention to what you're intuitively feeling, because we all have spiritual gifts. So you may get a word, a phrase or a vision. If so, there are insights into things you may need to work on in order to release stuck energy, etc. So, again, thank you for joining me and I will see you all in the next episode. Again, I'm going to talk about the kundalini energy. All right, have a wonderful day, evening, etc. Wherever you are in the world, and I'll see you guys next time. All right, bye now.
